Family meeting

Very nice house and pool. We enjoyed the view end liked to barbecue. The rooms downstairs are not as nice as the others, the beds very short for adults.

Super Terrasse mit Pool

Schönes Haus auf 2 Stockwerken mit super Terrasse, Pool und wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer(unschlagbar!). Die Kochmöglichkeit ist für den Preis eher bescheiden aber wer will in den Ferien schon gross kochen. Die unteren beiden Zimmer mit sep. Bad sind wie eine getrennte Wohnung, wenn man mit Teenager reist also perfekt. Obwohl es viele Ferienwohnungen rundum hat, merkt man nichts davon. Perfekt zum entspannen. Wir mussten 2x wegen dem Pool anrufen und darauf wurde umgehend reagiert.

Une maison qui dispose de bons points forts (piscine et extérieur) mais d'importants points faibles (équipements insuffisants, ne fonctionnant pas ou vétustes) et un nombre de chambres "viables" qui est trompeur (en réalité, seules 2 chambres sont réellement habitables, les autres étant en enfilade ou dans l'équivalent d'un réduit de très petite taille). Ce bien est conçu pour 4 personnes.

Villa au Cap Benat village les fourches

Villa agréable, superbe vu au calme bien équipée ; propre. Point a ameliorer : climatisation inexistante dans la chambre du rez et également dans la chambre parentale . Il y a un seul split pour toute la maison (dans le sejour ) Salon de jardin en très mauvais état mise a part les transats. Je recommande quand même. Merci pour l'accueil .

Magnifique emplacement maison peu confor

L emplacement est splendide, la piscine très agréable mais le confort de la maison laisse à désirer . Heureusement on vit dehors et malgré tout les vacances ont été réussies. Pour info: électroménager très moyen (2 plaques qui disjonctent quand elles fonctionnent ensemble,un réfrigérateur qui ne fermait pas (réparé par vos soins ) pas de véritable four , pas de penderie dans les chambres du bas , qui sentent le refermé,avec une salle de douche au pommeau cassé avec un lavabo d ‘eau froide ..

Emplacement paradisiaque mais maison inconfortable

L’environnement de la maison est exceptionnel En revanche pour six adultes et deux adolescents, elle est totalement inadadaptée. Les deux chambres à l’étage sont correctes pour un couple avec deux petits-enfants (lits superposés)En revanche les chambres du bas sont très inconfortables(odeur de renfermé,décoration datée ,pas de penderie … Il faut passer par la deuxième minuscule chambre pour accéder à la salle de douche au pommeau cassé et au robinet uniquement d’eau froide sur le vieux lavabo. Cet étage est à réserver à des adolescents adeptes du camping… L’équipement électroménager laisse aussi beaucoup à désirer. Uncongélateur, hors d’usage et une machine à laver des années 70 Pas de four mais une petite rôtissoire améliorée unréfrigérateur qui a dû être réparé en cours de séjour, car la porte ne fermait pas . Quel dommage, car cette maison est extraordinairement bien placée La piscine est jolie et nous n étions bien que dehors il manquerait vraiment peu pour qu’elle soit agréable. Nous ne regrettons pas nos vacances, le tarif est en rapport avec les prestations,,car le Gaou benat est une destination privilégiée qui a un coût . , Il faut juste être maximum 6 dans cette maison impossible pour 8 adultes .. il faut le savoir .

Schöne Lage

Schönes Haus mit Pool an toller Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Pool war topp und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Leider war das Haus schlecht gereinigt und der untere Stock ist eher ein Keller und riecht auch entsprechend. Von Interhome gemietetes WLAN funktionierte schlecht.

Belle maison extérieurement mais l'équipement intérieur tel que frigo vieux (clayettes cassées, refroidissement très insuffisant) cuisine et équipement ne correspondant pas à 8 personnes (plaques de cuisson, casseroles inapropriées) chambre enfants du rdc et salle de bains peu engageantes. Al'étage la chambre des enfants est trop chaude. Les prestations ne correspondent pas au prix demandé.

Séjour très agréable au Gaou Benat

La maison est très agréable avec une vue magnifique et plutôt bien équipée, à l’exception d’une bouilloire… équipement qui a bien manqué aux buveurs de thé !! Il est également dommage de ne pas trouver à l’arrivée quelques produits de base indispensables comme le papier toilette, un ou deux sacs-poubelle, du liquide vaisselle et une éponge… Vu le standing et le prix de la location, c’est un peu décevant de ne pas trouver ce minimum
