In Bormes-les-Mimosas, this charming 36 m² air-conditioned flat with shared swimming pool can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child (under 10). Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely mezzanine bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (for a child under 10)
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven with grill, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A large shared infinity pool within the residence (unheated), open from April to October, enclosed by a secure gate for children.
- A private, south-facing terrace (approx. 7 m²) with furniture to enjoy fine weather and meals with a view of the hills and the sea.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, high chair, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, in a very pleasant, quiet setting on a secondary road. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema, etc.

Visit the surrounding towns and the Var hinterland.
