Located just 2 km from the sea and nestled between the charming towns
of Hyères and Le Lavandou, our little piece of paradise offers a safe
family environment where children can play and explore in peace. Just a
short distance of 3 km away, you will find the heart of the village of
Bormes-les-Mimosas, known to be one of the most beautiful flowered
villages in France.

A multitude of activities at your fingertips :
For your entertainment, we have a restaurant-pizzeria, a boules court,
children's games, and ping-pong tables. Additionally, our 200m2 water
park is equipped with slides, a paddling pool, and hot tubs for
everyone's enjoyment.

Your accommodation :
Your accommodation, built recently (2019-2023), is equipped with
reversible air conditioning, a television (with French TNT channels),
and a dishwasher. It also includes a semi-covered outdoor terrace and a
parking space for one car. The dimensions are 7.29m x 4m and include a
bedroom with a large bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa
bed in the living room that converts into a double bed. The bathroom
and toilet are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with a
refrigerator, microwave, and a capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). And
lastly, don't forget: here, even the fish are happy... because they
have the lake all to themselves!
