The “Small Beach” room at Ria’s Beach Villa is a stylish retreat in the heart of Borkum. It is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated townhouse on Neue Straße—just a few minutes’ walk from the main beach, the promenade, and the cozy shops and cafés in the center of the island.

The room is equipped with a comfortable bed and a spacious closet and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The private bathroom is located right next door.

The Small Beach room is also ideal for booking in combination with the other vacation apartments in the building.



Our villa, featuring four brand-newly renovated vacation apartments, is located right in the heart of Borkum, just 2 minutes from the beach and downtown.
