Die Wohnung war okay, bis auf ein lieblos gemachtes Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer. Hier wurde ein viel zu großer Bettbezug benutzt. Das Oberbett musste man darin suchen. Die Übergabe war proplemlos. Die Lage optimal.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber, zweckmäßig und hat vorallem zum Strand eine ideale Lage. Leider ist am Nachbargebäude eine veraltete Klimaanlage montiert, deren Abdeckung fehlt und die Tag und Nacht lief: aufgrund dieser dauerhaften, lauten Betriebsgeräusche war es mehr als unangenehm im Garten zu sitzen oder nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen oder auch tagsüber bei offenem Fenster im Wohnzimmer zu sein! Leider wurde diese Tatsache in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt, obwohl anscheinend schon andere Gäste diesen Zustand bemängelt hatten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur diesbezüglich verlief sehr zäh.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Südstrand und Stadt gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gemütliche Wohnküche.
