On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a wood-burning stove that adds both warmth and atmosphere to the interior. A bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor, while the loft houses a bedroom with a spacious bed and views of the surrounding greenery. Original timber beams, stone flooring, and authentic details have been preserved, complemented by modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay year-round. The entire 50,000 m² property is fenced, guaranteeing complete privacy.
