The house has been completely restored respecting the original features of stone and brick and the old beams of chestnut. YThe house is divided into three apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners (with their adorable male Golden Retriever!)The immense and entirely fenced garden is accessible to everyone. In order to respect each individual's privacy, certain spaces are reserved for each of our guests' exclusive use.You'll find yourself in a beautiful spot, at about 600 meters thanks to which it never gets too hot even in the summer months. You can sit in the shade of a centuries-old chestnut tree to read your book. It's the place to enjoy the silence of the hills with views of the Tuscan Apennines. It is also ideal for those who like to visit nearby cities or walk into ancient churches. And those who see their holiday as an opportunity to play sports can go horseback riding, golf, walking on trails, fishing or surfing and sailing on the nearby Lake Bilancino.

Make yourself at home in one of the individually furnished guestrooms, featuring refrigerators and microwaves. Bathrooms with showers are provided. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers and sofa beds.
