Villa Fenice is an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by greenery. The Tuscan-style villa is spread over three floors and offers ample space for your comfort.

On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table for 8 people. There is a beautiful bathroom consisting of a bathtub, shower and toilet.

On the first floor, you can relax in the finely furnished lounge with comfortable sofas with a glass coffee table and a 40" Smart TV.
Adjacent to the lounge is a study with a bookcase for quiet reading moments.
On the same floor is the first bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom.
From the lounge, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden, perfect for spending pleasant days.

The second and last floor houses three charming double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and large wardrobes for storing your personal belongings.

Outside, our garden will provide you with a lush landscape and absolute peace. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the sun loungers, have a barbecue lunch or dinner on our covered veranda, and end the day with a rejuvenating swim in the beautiful six-person Jacuzzi pool.
