From MĂ©rignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk.
Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking. The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Great stay!

Everything was great! Jonathan is very nice, professional. the convertible sofa is not that comfortable to sleep, but well supported for the 2 nights stay. Will recommend and will come back for sure if the opportunity arises Thank you!

The apartment was very close to the Tarim and tram so perfect for accessing everything The bed was comfort and facilities good BUT be aware the checkin needs to be done before arrival and the outside doesn’t let you know you are where you should be - I spent 2 hours trying to get into the aprrmenr because I had missed the email with the checkin request

L’hĂ©bergement Mia Rosa Ă  une bonne situation gĂ©ographique dans la ville de Bordeaux ( Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la gare Saint Jean, des trams et des bus). Par contre, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, et l’accessibilitĂ© des appartements se fait par les escaliers non adaptĂ© Ă  des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. Il faut ĂȘtre costaud pour monter les valises. Tout cela n’était pas indiquĂ© sur le site internet, Ayant pris l’option annulation gratuite sur Booking.com, les frais de mĂ©nage et le linge de maison ainsi que la caution nous a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©clamĂ©e quand l’option Ă©tait dĂ©passĂ©e. Quand on est en vacances, c’est difficile de trimballer des draps dans ses valises. Il me semble qu’il manque un peu d’honnĂȘtetĂ© de la part des propriĂ©taires. Des mauvaises odeurs Ă©manaient des sanitaires
.. Quand on rajoute tous les frais supplĂ©mentaires, il vaut mieux aller Ă  l’hĂŽtel. Je ne pense pas revenir chez vous.

Un appartement joli et bien situé MAIS

L'appartement est joli et bien situé. La personne qui accueille est agréable et douce mais le propreté est plutÎt moyenne notamment la vaisselle qui était vraiment sale! Mais surtout une odeur nauséabonde (entre oeuf pourri et cadavre) émane de la salle de bain et envahie l'entiÚreté du logement, insupportable ! L'isolation phonique est trÚs moyenne entre les appartements mais parfaite avec la ville. Pour autant c'est un logement bien pensé avec le nécessaire pour vivre en face de la gare, ce qui est un vrai plus.

appartement sympa, trÚs propre à l'arrivée. Concierge trÚs accueillante. seul bémole; la douche était bouchée dÚs la premiÚre utilisation et elle l'est restée tout le séjour (soit 1 semaine). Nous avons prévenu directement mais personne n'est intervenu. resultat; nous nous sommes douchés toute la semaine avec des remontés de saletés qui se sont incrustées dans le sol de la douche.

En premier, j'ai du mal à comprendre l'option "ménage". Elle comprend le lavage des draps. Est-ce que dans un hÎtel, le lavage des draps est en option ? En second, le logement ROSA dégage des odeurs nauséabondes au niveau de la salle de bain, de façon réguliÚre. Cela a été signalé à la conciÚrge, Katia, qui n'a pas semblée trÚs préoccupée de la chose... TroisiÚmement, je regrette l'échange uniquement informatisé et déhumanisé avec Booking. C'est vraiment dommage.

Lors de l’état des lieux entrant, la concierge nous a indiquĂ© que le canapĂ© lit Ă©tait cassĂ©. Qu’elle en informait l’agence et que le nĂ©cessaire serait effectuĂ© dĂšs le lendemain. Mais rien a Ă©tĂ© fait. Une personne a Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de dormir Ă  mĂȘme le sol et ce pendant les 5 nuits rĂ©servĂ©es. Deux jours de suite nous avons contactĂ© la concierge qui nous disait Ă  chaque fois que l’agence Ă©tait au courante. Nous avons Ă©crit plusieurs mails Ă  l’agence sans rĂ©ponse de leur part

MĂȘme aprĂšs plusieurs messages Ă  la personne en charge des locations, rien n’a changĂ© (alors qu’il est stipulĂ© qu’en cas de nuisance sonore et de plainte du voisinage Bordeaux Appartement se rĂ©serve le droit d’exclure le locataire) et ça pendant 2 nuits .. de plus je passais un concours et donc j’avais besoin de calme ... dommage car l’endroit et l’appartement Ă©tait super

On a réservé un appartement chambre et salon et non un duplex. Impossible de faire dormir notre fils de 14 mois car le moindre bruit le réveillait. Pas de bureau pour travailler ; appartement trop petit. En plus trÚs compliqué de se garer, pas de parking donc un sacré budget pour le séjour ( il faut penser à le preciser lors de la réservation ). Si vous avez un enfant en bas ùge je ne vous conseille pas cet appartement.

Appartement Bordeaux

L'appartement est situé juste à cÎté de la gare. Vous pouvez aisément vous rendre à Bordeaux centre à pieds. Il y a également des lignes de bus et tram, ainsi que vélo. L'appartement est propre, la literie confortable, et la cuisine bien équipée. Il n'y a pas de clim mais des ventilateur sont mis à disposition. Et le plus, nous avons eu à faire à une dame trÚs gentille pour nous accueillir. Des capsules de café étaient à disposition, et dans la douche il y avait shampoing, gel douche. Il y a une option payante pour les draps, les serviettes et le ménage (normes Covid). Nous avons donc passé un trÚs bon séjour !
