Well-situated hotel for exploring central Bordeaux. Close to tram stop. Breakfast buffet was extensive but few dairy-free options. Kids enjoyed free video games and table football, and communal seating area was nicely decorated. The room itself was basic and the carpet needed a good clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect - however we had to use a water bottle to have the windows somewhat open. Without the bootle, the windows would either "glide closed" on itselv or it had to be opened fully, taking up space in the room. Breakfast was fine.
