Charming apartment for 2 located in the heart of Chartrons area, historically the center of the wine negociants, the area goes from the Jardin Public gardens to the riverside, in between you have the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame street : shops, restaurants and antique shops are a few meters away.



The apartment measures 50m2, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a typical XVIII th century stone building. There is a bright living room, an open and fully equipped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso. The bedroom has a double bed (size 140x200cm).
