In an 18ᵉ building, this apartment is located on the second floor and offers:
- A beautiful living area with a very comfortable and spacious lounge with a large sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV
- A very comfortable dining area for six people
- A semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils
- A beautiful, quiet bedroom with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- Another beautiful, quiet bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet
- A beautiful office area

Your bed will be made up for your arrival, and towels and tea towels are provided.

The Saint-Pierre district, a UNESCO-listed historic part of Old Bordeaux, is made up of a number of small squares, including Place du Parlement, Place Camille-Jullian, Place du Palais and Place de la Bourse, which are linked by narrow cobbled streets such as Rue du Parlement, Rue de la Devise and Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges.
A semi-pedestrian area, you'll find it easy to visit Bordeaux. You'll find shops, restaurants, rue Sainte-Catherine, the Grand Théâtre, Place de la Bourse, the Quays, museums, Saint-Pierre church... all within walking distance.

Public transport :
Tramway: Porte de Bourgogne line A, C, D 50 m away on foot - direct to the station in 10 min.

Vcub :
Free Vcub bike rental station 100 m away - 24h rental for 1.80e easy to visit and get around Bordeaux

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
