Ibis budget but dirty

Communicating with staff was difficult as no one spoke English, the entrance to the Hotel was smelly, Our family room was small. The bunk bed hadn’t been made up and the bedding was left at the end of the bed. The air conditioning unit was dusty and dirty, the blinds on the window were dirty, the door to our room had a gap that you could see the light from the hall way , the showers head holder was broken ( lower ) and the shower head holder ( upper) was unusable due to the position it was in. The bunk bed sides were dirty. Hole in the wall from the door. A very disappointing stay.
Top shower holder was not accessible as there was a pole in the way

Does the job. Rooms are clean and looked new, bed was confortable, quiet, it’s a good value for the price if you are just passing by. Breakfast is also of good value.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, nous avions été bien accueilli et je m'attendais pas à plus par rapport à la qualité de la chambre qui reste acceptable au vu du prix. Par contre je suis extrêmement déçue car nous avons oublié le réveil de notre fils dans le lit, et malgré un appel et un mail j'ai bien l'impression qu'on ne le récupéra jamais. Ce n'est pas normal et je n'accepte pas qu'on puisse ignorer cette requête. La dame que j'ai eu au téléphone n'en avait pas entendu parler certes, mais elle aurait dû me proposer de prendre mes coordonnées et de me rappeler après en avoir discuté avec le personnel de ménage. Puis j'attends toujours votre réponse suite à mon mail du 27/08 à ce même sujet.

Chambre très propre et accueil chaleureux !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel à la réception a été particulièrement gentil, souriant et disponible, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour une nuit confortable et sans souci. Je recommande vivement !
