Overall okay, but the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Especially behind the desk and suitcase bench. Disgusting. Room was extremely tight, had to squeeze by furniture. Had some confusion at checkin with breakfast, I thought they told me breakfast was included but they charged my 13.90 per day. Apparently they were asking if I wanted breakfast included. Be careful with this. Location is good for the train, but you need to take the tram into the city centre (which is easy)

Rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. Bathroom was very grotty. Be prepared that rooms are so basic that they don’t even have water glasses. The hotel is currently surrounded by a building site so don’t expect any nice views of Bordeaux

My stay at this property was a mixed bag. I had concerns about the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. Most of the staff I encountered were helpful and professional. However, I encountered one older male staff member who was very rude and disrespectful. The breakfast offered by this property was very extensive and worth the cost.

The service by the desk people were great. The bread choices in the breakfast was fantastic. The four-graon break was a hit. The room service by KLEA was excellent. The breakfast team was and reception were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Saint-Jean train station when you can buses and the tramwayto the city center. They offer oarking for $15 euros per day. The outside is safe but does not like it. Plenty of road work outside is an issue. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.
