Front desk very welcoming and helpful - possibly needed a 2nd person with so many check-ins and requests. Room was lovely, all clean (more / thicker towels would have been appreciated). Swimming pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

So good, you are reluctant to spread the word!😉

Beautiful property in lovely surroundings. Great pool and shaded tree areas adjacent. Restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday evening with limited staff available so choice was not great but they went out of their way to produce a veggie option which wasn’t already part of the limited offer. Breakfast in the sunshine was lovely on a hot Monday morning with good service. So go is unnecessarily complicated though. Great stopover and noted for future trips travelling south through France. We will be back!

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I selected this property 20 kilometres outside Bordeaux city so we could relax at the property and enjoy their in-house restaurant as there are NO other restaurants close by. We checked in at 4 pm. At 5 pm we went to enquire about booking for dinner and were informed the restaurant was FULL. No options to eat on site. Clearly they had not left room for their guests to eat or enquired if we wished to eat on site. Instead we had an hours round trip to find dinner and could not enjoy the hotel at all.
