Mécontentement, un problème non pris en compte

Appartement propre mais télévision qui fonctionne très très mal. Impossible de suivre les programmes en cette période de fête. Et AUCUNE PRISE EN COMPTE du problème de la part d'un responsable. Aucun déplacement pour venir se rendre compte. (Prétexte : voiture en panne) . Apparemment ne connaît pas les locations de voitures ! Aucune excuse, non plus ! J'attends un dédommagement !
