Our fully renovated shop features a terrace overlooking the garden. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the St. Jean train station (the beaches of Arcachon are less than an hour away by train; 15 trains per day).<br><br> Bordeaux’s historic center and the banks of the Garonne are just a short walk away. The tram is nearby, and from the house, the entire city is within walking distance. The inviting kitchen opens directly onto a terrace with a beautiful wisteria vine, where you’ll enjoy having breakfast as the sun rises. <br><br>The 25 m² “Orange Tangerine” room is located on the first floor and overlooks a quiet street. A desk allows you to work comfortably, and a large armchair is there for your relaxation. Its tangerine-orange color evokes the deep south. Its carefully selected lighting creates a warm and pleasant ambiance. <br><br>Located on the first floor, the Klein Blue Suite is a spacious 35-square-meter dual-room suite. Its desk allows you to work comfortably. In an alcove, a large sofa is there for your relaxation and can serve as a pull-out bed to accommodate an additional guest. You can also enjoy the balcony overlooking the gardens.<br><br>The Vert Bancha room is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and dual-aspect, also located on the first floor. It also features a desk. A large armchair is provided for your relaxation. The soft, soothing Vert Bancha color, carefully selected lighting, antique hardwood floors, high ceilings, and wooden trellises make this a room that is both unique and cozy.
