On the 3rd floor of a secure building with other apartments, this air-conditioned 35 m² apartment is perfect for solo travellers, couples, families or friends (3 adult beds and a cot available – see photos).



Ideal for short, long or business stays, it is in the heart of Bordeaux, steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall and courthouse. Explore the city easily while enjoying the apartment’s peaceful setting.



The combined living and sleeping area has a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi and storage. At night, it becomes a bedroom with two 90 cm x 2 m beds with thick mattresses. In 2026, the extra bed was replaced with a proper single bed for greater comfort.



The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, soap and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery, utensils and several coffee makers, ideal for preparing meals.



A travel cot, high chair and pushchair are available on request. Secure luggage storage makes arrivals and departures easier. Cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan are provided for your convenience.



Please note that there is no lift.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Decorative pillows on beds need to be cleaned. The option to store luggage is great, but the locker is very small. We could not fit one of our two suitcases in it.
