Wonderful stay. Room oddity was the separate water closet had no sink to wash hands when finished. You had to walk across the foyer hall to the shower/sink room to wash up. Breakfast was worth the time and money. Hotel on a narrow alley with reception one floor up from ground level. For security, the elevator stopped at reception even when ascending to higher floor. It was not a bother. Hotel only a 5 minute walk from meeting point for many guided tours and 10 minutes from a varied selection of restaurants, most of which required reservations.

I was hesitant based on it being a Best western but when I read the reviews they reassured me and they were right. This location is perfect, right in the main part of Bordeaux and walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants. We stayed in a suite room which was so spacious and comfortable, it felt like a little apartment and gave us some much appreciated space! Great spot overall!

The hotel was incredible for us. The location is amazing. The staff is efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Emily, a front desk lady, was particularly fantastic! Best hotel ever. Rooms were fabulous both visits. Staff were great and they were willing to look after our luggage, book cabs and were just beyond a smile. Love this hotel and if we are ever back in Bordeaux I would stay there again and again. Decor was also very nice.
