A beautiful traditional Bordeaux-style house dating from the late 19th century, known as an “Echoppe,” with 130 m² of living space, located in La Barrière de Bègles on a quiet street, a 5-minute drive from the train station and 3 minutes from local food shops (bakery, pastry shop, delicatessen, butcher shop, greengrocer, mini-market, …)<br>Ideally located in the heart of the largest UNESCO-listed heritage site, right next to bus stops and must-see tourist attractions such as: the Pont de Pierre, Place de la Bourse and its reflecting pool, Pey Berland Cathedral, the Cité du Vin... and the Bordeaux vineyards. You can also discover the culinary delights that give Bordeaux its charm.<br>The single-story house features 4 sleeping areas:<br>- A double bedroom with a large 140x200 double bed on a mezzanine<br>- A bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a mattress on the floor for a child<br>- A bedroom with two 90x200 beds—pull-out beds<br>- A study with a sofa bed that converts into a high-quality 140x200 sleeping surface<br>Two bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in showers—one of which includes a toilet—as well as a separate toilet are available in the house.<br><br>To relax and spend time with family or friends, a beautiful 50 m² living area welcomes you. This living space includes a sitting area, a dining room, and an open kitchen, all opening onto a charming garden.
