Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We never received the check-in information from the host, Vrbo was unable to reach the host for two solid days before our check-in, and eventually we had to use the Vrbo Cares program to find alternative lodging. So I can’t say anything about how the lodging was, because after months of planning, we were completely ghosted.
