We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊

Every staff member we encountered was very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and sometimes food was not replenished.
