The staff were respectful, polite, and accommodating, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, well kept, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food was great, with a good variety and quality that we enjoyed. The location is convenient, right on the beachfront, making it easy to relax and walk on the strip. Overall, our stay was fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend Hennan Palm Beach and look forward to staying here again.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean and the breakfast buffet offered a broad selection of food to choose from. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and spacious. Could use some maintenance touch up on walls and ceilings for stains and what looked like water blisters on walls by tub. Had a 2 rooms that waled out to pool which was very nice. Staff were slways very friendly. Buffet was plentiful and fresh.

Deluxe suite was comfortable but with a terrible view, one towel was stained red (makeup probably), check-in and check-out were not smooth, breakfast buffet had many options but too crowded and service team wasn’t adapted to level of all clientele, for what you pay you can get a better experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony which is nice to sit out on. Cheron and Jenny who work in the main restaurant were amazing made us feel very welcome every day we ate at the hotel nothing was too much trouble. Food was good with lots of options to choose from. We were right on the beach which made the view for dining even better.

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and we got the sea view Room and the sunset view was amazing! The location is great! The only thing I thought is that the culture and staff is a little inattentive, stiff, and inflexible. Check-in staff did not acknowledge us when we arrived and because of this they checked in a guy that came in 10 minutes after before me. They made drinks at the bar for people who ordered after me. When asked for room service, if they can just do a redbull vodka, since it is not on their menu, they were unable to make it although they have the ingredients to do so. Other rules such as no bringing outside food, trading towel cards just to get towel service, and not being able to wear swimwear and sleepwear during breakfast are countless other rules that makes it feel uptight, instead of relaxing on vacation. Be aware that it is a small island, electricity is hard to come by, we did experience about 5 power outtages during our stay. It’s not a huge deal as the power came back within a minute or so. Besides everything stated above, it did not really hinder my overall experience as my wife and I still had a great time. I thought it was a great set up for a hotel, the massage prices are comparable if not better than outside vendors. The masseurs were attentive and focused on my knots, which was awesome! If I had known how good the massages were, I would’ve gotten one everyday! Overall, I would stay here again.
