All around pretty awesome. The biggest draw back is the solicitation outside of the hotel towards the beach... Absolutely ridiculous. Just stay at the hennan Prime. Way better IMO

Picked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Boracay. The hotel grounds are nice and pools are nice but overall needs some upgrades. The rooms are outaded and shower grout was so dirty. There's also no water bottles in the rooms and they leave you an empty pitcher that you can fill out at a water dispenser, never seen that before. The hairdryer in the room is very old and you have to ask for an iron as each room does not include one. The area outside the hotel is dirty and there are vendors constantly harassing you to sell tours and trinkets. The whole strip in Boracay to be honest needs serious revamping. Such a shame to see so much trash everywhere. The food at the buffet is very ordinary and they have signs that say they will charge you if you leave leftovers which is very weird. The positive things are that the staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly, the beach is stunning and the grounds were kept very clean. One other negative comment is they charge half rate for late check-out when every decent hotel would do it complimentary. They also cut wifi access even though we were staying at the hotel until 5pm for pickup to airport. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but potential to improve a lot of things.

everything is great except our room’s AC was leaking water. They fix it but it was everyday, soaking the bed sheets. On our last night, the ceiling directly above our toilet bowl suddenly had gushing water coming out of it as well. They handle it every time and the staff were nice but it was a little bit inconvenient. I wish we were offered a different room from the first night.

Very clean and nice resort!! The people are amazing and friendly! Had a good time! Walking distance from everything! Food was decent that’s why I give it a 4 stars instead of 5! EPIC is a 3 minute walk you must go there daily!! lol food is excellent!! Vibes after 12am is good! They party till 5am so have fun whoever reading this!

Too many commissioners directly outside the hotel. The hotel staff and facilities were excellent however these guys need their own section away from any entrance as they are constantly hounding you.

A Memorable Stay at Henann Crystal, Boracay! Henann Crystal Hotel is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in Boracay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning infinity pool and a bar that makes the whole experience even better. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you're looking for a place with great service, a beautiful setting, and amazing people, Henann Crystal is the one. Highly recommended!

Boracay Getaway

We stayed at the Henann Crystal Sands Resort for 3 nights in Aug 2025 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beach fronting with close proximity to D'Mall and entertainment spots. We had direct access to the pool and rooftop infinity pool which was a good option for a dip when the beach water gets rough.
