We had an enjoyable stay. Only complaint: the air conditioning is very noisy but luckily the we did not need to use it for sleeping. They need to modernize with new quiet models.

Small but comfy.

Quick one night trip. We arrived around 6pm and all stopped and restaurants closed at 7 or 8. One was open until 9. Beautiful view over the water from the room. Easy checkin and parking. Older room. Flattest pillow I've ever slept on. The bed was comfy. The air unit blows directly on the bed. Small room but it worked for just 2 of us.

Great location

The view was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and everything was within walking distance. There were a few issues with the room ghat we brought to their attention and they will be fixing before they put another guest in that room.

We went last minute and it was one of the last available rooms. Its beautiful and amazingly beautiful views. I actually do noz think anywhere along that area would be disappointing. Loving New England is loving the ins ans outs of the coast walk to amazing dinner or lobster roll lunch .iysters everywhere ...I live inland and Booth bay is Heaven revisited.

The Tugboat Inn's actual room was a bit outdated and old for the price BUT I still give it an excellent rating for the view, the location, 200 steps to shopping, coffee shops, dining, exertainment (boat and fishing expeditions). The staff (front desk and cleaning staff) was nothing short of awesome.
