The wrap around deck overhangs the water. There is also a private dock. This unique waterfront property has limited availability. Explore all there is to offer in the Boothbay Region area, as well as Popham Beach, Reid State Park, and the entire Midcoast. We look forward to your visit. *PLEASE NO CHILDREN
