Liked: Cleanliness
Good, convenient location! A few suggestions: cut some of the lower tree limbs for a better water view; remove the short makeup vanity in the upstairs bedroom with twin beds; remove excess personal knick knacks etc; install an overhead light in the kitchen; check the sliding doors and screens to ensure all open and operate correctly (I had to remove one of the sliding screens and apply oil to the track and rollers).
