Penthouse A, Room 9, is the room long-time guests ask for by name. It sits at the top of the main house, and a sliding glass door opens straight onto the rooftop deck.

From the deck the view runs across Boothbay Harbor to the open ocean, for morning coffee or stargazing. Inside are a king bed, a Smart TV, lamps with charging ports, a private bath and its own heat and air conditioning.

Greenleaf Inn is a small, historic Boothbay Harbor inn at 65 Commercial St, above the harbor in the middle of downtown. Guests share a full kitchen and living room, the rooftop Sky Deck, a fire pit and the gardens. Parking is free on site.
