Room 10 is the first-floor king suite: space, privacy and no stairs, with its own entrance.

A sitting area with two chairs, a fireplace and bookshelves leads to a king bed guests often call the best they have slept on. Just outside is a small private porch with partial harbor views, and the solarium and main balcony are a few steps on.

The private bath is spacious, with a large tiled walk-in shower and a long granite sink.

Admirals Quarters Inn is a historic sea captain's home at 71 Commercial St, on the water in downtown Boothbay Harbor. It runs like a small Boothbay Harbor hotel, with a front desk, free parking, a shared guest kitchen and a harbor-view solarium, but it still feels like a home.

We had a brief but lovely stay. The room was super clean and very welcoming. We loved the open kitchen where we had some evening snacks and great breakfast the next morning. What a fabulous idea! Thanks for the great communication and we hope to be back next year.

This is a great property. You have full access to a kitchen that is stocked with snacks and breakfast. There are lots of rocking chairs and outdoor chairs to lounge and look at the harbor. Jersey was great. He even lit a fire every evening. Everything is walkable from here. Would definitely stay here again.
