It was quiet there so we were able to have some peaceful rest. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and there were holes around the edge of the carpet against the wall. The room smelled could use an update.

The room was clean and then reasonable repair it was handy to have a TV microwave and a coffee pot with coffee supplied. The room had a table and chairs which was convenient for meals. The king size bed was very comfortable. The motel was conveniently located just off the highway. We were traveling through from Pennsylvania to Maine. You really needed to use Google maps to get around as Brunswick has many one-way streets but with Google it was easy. The main street is very walkable and has an excellent supply of really good restaurants everything from pizza to taverns and pubs to full menu ethnic restaurants such as Indian and German.

Honestly, this was a disgusting place to stay. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would never ever ever stay there again.

We simply wanted a warm room with a clean bed and a shower at a reasonable price, and that's what we got. Our room had a larger refrigerator than most motel rooms, along with a microwave and coffee maker. Our only staff interaction was signing in and out, and that was fine. We were in the area for a dance festival and other motels raised their prices for the weekend, but these folks did not.
