The room was too small and very poorly lighted. The shower was impossible. The showerhead could only be accessed if you were in the shower, which meant that in order to turn it on you would have freezing cold water splashed on. There was no way to turn on the shower before Getting into it. Very uncomfortable in addition upon checking in I gave the person registering us a credit card and told her explicitly that my friend and I wanted to split the bill. I was told that we could do that and check out. When I checked out today, I was told that I could not do that and the credit card I gave them was the one that was used and was already charged. I am very upset about this because had I known that I would not have used the credit card that I gave the agent upon Arriving at the hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly & helpful, the location wasn’t as close to downtown as we were led to believe based on the internet description. Also we were not told that only one vehicle is permitted per room reservation until we were already on our way to the hotel. They did direct us to an ‘overflow’ loft and said it was walkable, but it was almost 1/2 a mile down the road on the other side of a busy 4 lane road….very sketchy looking older motel that still also had rooms occupied by their own guests. Our room was directly across from the elevator, which we heard all night and we had no exterior window. Not what we would expect for over $500 a night.

I don’t get all the rsvong reviews. Makes me wonder where else people have stayed. Very average hotel. Mattress was a bit long in the tooth. Water pressure was good. Had a noisy kid in the adjacent room that I heard into the night. Don’t know why they don’t group families together. Was very loud and annoying. Breakfast was good. But this place is overpriced for what you get.
