Very nice hotel and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only thing I would change is for them to offer more pillow options. I love a firm pillow and the ones on our bed were a little too soft.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and so excited to see my adorable kitty. The room was pet friendly including fabric on the sofa that was scratch proof. The only issue is that the sink cabinet is not fully enclosed. It has an opening large enough for a cat to jump inside and hide. This was extremely concerning when it first happened. I was able to close the opening with packing tape to prevent this from happening again. However, this seems like a detail that the hotel should address as they are a cat friendly facility.
