On the 1st floor (access from the side of the building by a small sloping path then 4 steps): living room-kitchen-lounge area with balcony, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 80x190 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm) including 1 with private shower room (shower and wc) (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (shower and wc), land. This comfortably equipped cocoon is located in the heart of a quiet residential hamlet which stands out for its charm. Its grassy terrace at the back of the house, its ideally exposed balcony, its 3 spacious bedrooms make it an ideal base for enjoying this characterful village in summer and winter alike.
