Enjoy Florida living in this beautiful studio condo just steps away from the beach. This one room property is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the sun and sand of Bonita Beach. This property features a King bed, living area, full kitchen and bath. A swivel mounted 42" smart TV hangs on the wall, so you can watch TV on the sofa or from the bed. The screened in lanai overlooks the bay/mangroves.


During our peak season months (January- April) - a Saturday to Saturday (7 night) reservation is required. If booked for less than 1 week or arriving on a different day, the reservation will be invalid and we will contact you to make other arrangements.

Bonita Beach and Tennis is wonderfully located at the corner of Bonita Beach Rd and Hickory Blvd. Directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to 2 restaurants. There are 2 community pools and pickle ball courts on site. Community washer and dryers are located onsite but not in the property. PLEASE NOTE: The tennis courts are currently not open due to hurricane damage. No estimated date of repair at this time.
