Walk to Bonita Beach in three minutes, then come home to a private heated pool on a quiet saltwater canal where manatees drift past the backyard. Everything for a beach day is already in the garage — wagon, chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler, sand toys and paddleboard. Just bring sunscreen.
The House
Three bedrooms plus an open loft with a twin trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room — comfortable for a family of 6–8, up to 10. Two full baths, one with a jetted tub. The primary suite has a generous walk-in closet. A fully stocked kitchen with island, dishwasher, and ice maker; washer and dryer; smart TVs; two-car garage.
Outdoor Living
The pool is fully screened and heated year-round. Two large lanais and two upstairs balconies face the canal — the second-floor covered dining area is the spot for sunset dinners off the gas grill.
On the Water
Private dock. Fish off the seawall, launch the kayak or paddleboard from the yard, or rent a pontoon from the outfitter a three-minute walk down the street and be on the Gulf in ten. Dolphins and manatees are regulars.
