Newly remodeled coach home & golf membership in Vasari Country Club.

Beautiful, recently renovated coach home with 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2 full bathrooms and a single car garage in the prestigious Vasari Country Club community. The home features 12 foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen and has a spacious screened in lanai overlooking the 11th fairway. Vasari Country Club is a golf bundled community - golf course was completely redone in 2025. Your rental includes a golf membership for two (additional fees to play) and use of the tennis, bocce, fitness, pool, and tiki bar facilities in Vasari Country Club. Newly renovated dining facilities in the summer of 2021. There is also a private pool with gas grills a short walk away at the end of Toscana Way.

The property is located with close access to I75 off Bonita Beach Road, approximately 25 Minutes from Ft. Myers airport. Several beaches are within a short 20 Minute drive from Vasari. Popular Naples destinations are within 30 Minutes.

Fees include mandatory application fee of $175.00 and Vasari Country Club membership transfer fee of $532.50. If booking occurs within 30 days of occupancy, a rush application fee of $107 will be charged (pass through charge from association).

January/February -30 day minimum rental , March/April - 60 Minimum Rental, All other months 2 week minimum rental. Association requires application forms and lease agreement are in place

Great stay!

Great location. Beautiful golf club. Well appointed property. Responsive owners. Would return. (Only challenge is getting tee times & dinner reservations.)
