THE SPACE
This bright, open studio flows seamlessly from the remodeled kitchen through the dining and living/sleeping areas, creating a comfortable, easy-living atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The sleeping area features a king-size Sleep Number bed — a genuine luxury upgrade that lets each guest dial in their perfect firmness level — freshly made with provided linens and topped off with a ceiling fan for added comfort. A spacious walk-in closet gives you plenty of room to settle in for the duration.
The living area is generously appointed with a La-Z-Boy powered recliner, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV with cable. Slide open the full glass doors and step out onto the screened 3rd floor balcony, where you can take in views toward the Gulf and Bonita Beach Park just across the street — a wonderful spot to start the morning or wind down the evening.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen is a true standout, featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances including a double oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, plus a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and all the small appliances you need for easy, enjoyable meals in.
The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and — one of this unit's most sought-after features — a private in-unit washer/dryer, so you can pack light and always have fresh clothes ready. Bath and beach towels are included for your stay.

On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
