This unit was excellent, with a beautiful view of the water and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach every day and the delicious seafood at the local restaurants.As previous guests have mentioned, the fan by the king bed only operates at a very low speed and this area tends to get warm since the A/C unit is located in the kitchen area. The lights on both fans flicker randomly as well. The unit was clean and does include thoughtful extras like an umbrella and beach chairs, etc. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

View was excellent. Check in process and communication was excellent. The unit was as pictured and very nice. Kitchen layout is a little odd, refrigerator hard to access and no dishwasher. Water pressure was a little low in shower.

We have stayed in condos in this complex several times in the last. This was the first without a dishwasher. The fan lights flickered and blinked a lot when on high. Annoying. The fan in the bed area is so out of balance we couldn’t run it on high so it got warm in that area. The ambiance of the courtyard is depressing to walk into, especially the first time. We love the location. Many other positives. The only thing that took away from the vacation a little was no dishwasher. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t select this particular condo again.

This condo is very lovely. The bed was comfortable. We both slept well. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai in the morning and evening. The proximity to the beach was very convenient. Since all the beaches in this area have paid parking, it was nice to just leave our car behind and walk the beaches that were accessible to us from the condo. We are amazed at how clean the beaches are in this area. They are not littered with broken glass and plastic as are the beaches on the West Coast of the US. Kudos to Floridians for taking care of your beaches! They are wonderful!
