Corner unit, open concept main living area encompassing living room, dining area and open kitchen; the balcony/sunroom has been enclosed with hurricane rated sliding glass doors, extending the living area. During the cooler months, the sliding doors may be opened to enjoy the Gulf breeze and the sound of waves gently washing ashore



Sun-drenched living room with comfortable family-friendly furnishings including a reclining chair, large flat-screen TV with cable and streaming channels; sunroom with breakfast table for 4 and a sleeper chair with twin mattress. (The sunroom runs the width of the condo behind both the living room and primary suite.)

Open kitchen with pass-through eating bar and 2 bar barstools; full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and silverware all included



Primary suite at the back of the condo has king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and cable TV with streaming channels; the suite opens to the enclosed balcony/sunroom that runs behind the primary suite and living area; the sleeper chair in the sunroom has a twin mattress. An accordion room divider can be drawn between the bedroom area and the sunroom, offering visual privacy between the two spaces. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful once again and the sun continues to shine and brings with it unforgettable sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to the north is Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands and to the south is the luxurious town of Naples. You are minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, and some of the locals' favorite restaurants and bars. Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the water-sports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This property is approximately 24 miles from RSW International Airport and less than 60 mins from Punta Gorda Airport.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes in either the condo or the enclosed screened lanai.
