Enjoy our 'orchid' condo in Winding Stream at Spring Run in The Brooks. Our second floor corner unit condo overlooks the 4th fairway at Spring Run Country Club in the Brooks. This gated community is a short walk from Coconut Point Mall, a short drive from Miromar Outlets, beautiful beaches and countless restaurants.
Our second floor 'home away from home' has a large living and dining area with vaulted ceilings opening on to our lanai with a stunning view of 5 holes on the award winning Spring Run course.

The master bedroom has a large picture window overlooking the lake and course. The sunrise is spectacular! It has a luxurious queen size bed with matching dresser and bedside tables. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks and over-sized walk in shower - plus a walk-in dressing area.

The second bedroom with a western exposure has a queen size bed and matching end tables.

The den has a flat screen TV and leather couch - hid-abed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is necessary to make this your 'home away from home'.

The laundry area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The breakfast area seats 4. The large dining area seats 6.
There is a choice of heated pools and spas, the closest is a short walk away.

Spring Run club house has a heated pool with services, exercise facilities and botchi courts. Enjoy the aquatic driving range, putting green and pro shop. Take a lesson from great teaching pro's!

The brand new Coconut Point Town Center is a short walk away and is a beautiful Mediterranean style open pedestrian environment. There is a movie theater, great selection of restaurants - - and lovely shops.

The Brooks is a short drive from Naples with all that it has to offer. Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Ft Myers Beach, and the beaches and piers of Naples are witness to the most spectacular sunsets. Captiva, Sanibel and Marco Island await you exploration and are a short distance away.

Come and stay in our little slice of Paradise. We are sorry for not having more photos. We decided to rent after leaving Florida, and may not get back for awhile.
