Plumbing issues

Property was not professionally cleaned before arrival. Plumbing back up in Master Bath in the shower and toilet. We had to share the guest bathroom with our guests the first four days we were there. Backed up a few more times during our stay. Had to have a plumber come. We found out the house had been sold prior to our arrival after we signed the contract. We had to leave the house one day because the realtor representing the buyers were bringing contractors in to go over all of the remodeling the new owners wanted to have done. We have never had problems like that in any rental properties we have rented. It was not a good experience.
