Please note that Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from January 15, 2026 through April. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations:



Roof Work: Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays.

Atrium Work: Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.



Parking: Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction.

Welcome to your coastal retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This third-floor condo offers a northwest-facing screened balcony with peaceful views of the bay and a partial view of the Gulf. From here, you can enjoy soft evening colors in the sky and gentle coastal breezes throughout your stay. The location is ideal, with Bonita Beach just a five-minute walk away and local cafés, waterfront restaurants, and shopping all within easy reach.



Inside, the space is comfortable, well-kept, and designed for effortless vacation living. The condo features a king bed, a sleeper sofa for additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. The screened balcony is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.



We supply a starter set of essentials to get you settled when you arrive. This includes small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during your stay and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests are welcome to purchase any additional supplies they may need.



The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities within the complex are still under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

With an unbeatable location across from the beach, a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared interior, and easy access to everything Southwest Florida has to offer, this condo provides an inviting home base for your stay.

Room was perfect for our 25th anniversary! Close to the beach and the only issue we had is there weren’t any beach chairs but they did get them to us by the end of the day. Travel group was easy to work with! Great trip!

We love the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club condos. We stay there a couple times a year. This unit was very good! It lacks a little and is short on supplies like towels (unit sleeps four and only four tiny bath towels), beach towels, beach chairs. And there is not an in unit washer and dryer. We used the nice and new credit card operated laundry room that was in the building. The floor was dirty/sandy (especially the carpets) but otherwise very clean when we arrived. Thanks for a great stay!

Beach week

Location is wonderful. This was our first visit back since the hurricane. With knowing that construction and renovations were still happening in the area, it was nice seeing that things have progressed well. The unit was as described other than some missing beach accessories. Communication with the management company was great and check in was easy. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to update the bath towels, many old and course.

Everything was as the pictures look. It was clean, directly across the street from the beach and you can watch the sunset from your balcony! I visited Barefoot Beach, Delnor Wiggins Beach, Sanibel Island and Bonita Beach across the street! All of them lovely.The only thing I could suggest is to get a plastic shower curtain rod. The metal one is affected from the salt air and pulling the shower curtain back to get into shower, caused the shower rings to pop off and that got frustrating!Also, being 66 years old, it would have been wonderful to have a shower bar to hold onto getting in and out of tub. Other than those two suggestions, I loved every minute I stayed there and wish I didnt have to leave! Gayle Ann.
