Get ready to fall in love with the Quincey Cottage – a charming, updated ranch home that's situated just west of 41. One of our favorite features of this place is the location, being only 1.5 miles away from the beach and on a wide channel – it's truly one of kind. Inside, the open floor plan with a spacious kitchen makes the house functional and comfortable. Our personal favorite spot in the house is the lanai – the perfect place to unwind and relax. We've decorated the Quincey Cottage with cozy furnishings that'll make you feel right at home.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which has a kitchen. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

It was a wonderful month

This house was everything I could ask for. The furnishings were lovely, the view was calming. I ate most all my meals on the large lanai listening to the birds and watching the water on the canal. It was one of the most well appointed homes I’ve stayed in in13 years. They supplied just about anything you could think of. Everything’s lovely, I would stay there again without hesitation. And the hosts were very prompt in all their responses. It was a pleasure.
