The ultimate family beach vacation destination! Waterfall Way features the best of both worlds of being on the water and just steps from the beach. Breathtaking views of Estero Bay lends itself to privacy and peaceful relaxation while you watch the boaters go by or see the dolphins put on their daily show. With over 2,500 square feet of air conditioned living space, this beach home defines 'open concept' with unobstructed views of the Bay from the moment you enter to the inviting living area. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances and all the cookware for your culinary needs. The wall to wall sliders open completely to the screened-in pool area which features a dining table, loungers poolside bar and gas grill. The ground floor offers a fantastic kids retreat with living area, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator & wine cooler. Lots of activities with ping pong table, corn hole, assorted games. Get a basketball game on in the large driveway. Two bedrooms with king and queen beds located on ground floor, one of which also has sofa bed. Main floor offers three more bedrooms, all with king beds. Master suite has bay view with dual vanities and walk-in shower.

Just a short walk to Bonita Beach Access 1, take the beach cart and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Guests also have the option of renting a boat nearby and tying up on the home's dock, also perfect for fishing. Our family of six spent a week at this wonderful home in Bonita Springs. The heated pool with hot tub was a highlight for our two grandsons. The home was large and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins right off of our dock morning and evening. The sunrises were amazing too.We rented a pontoon boat, docked it right there and loved it. Coconut Jacks and The Fish House were two restaurants we could get to by boat. The beach was very close by and we saw beautiful sunsets there. Parasailing on the beach was enjoyed by all. Doc's Beach House was a great place for lunch right on the beach but cash only. Kayak and paddle boards were delivered right to our door by Ebb-N-Flow Rentals. We kept them for the week. There are so many good things to say about this place so I am sure I missed something. Our family highly recommends this house. We would definitely go back. The only issue we had was the hot tub not working properly but the host helped us out with that.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was spacious and had everything we needed! The pool area was huge, but the pool area could use a good power washing. Some pool furniture was rusted and unusable, but besides that it was great. Communication was fantastic and it met all of our needs for our busy weekend.

Wonderful Stay

To start off Property rental groups make a huge difference and Arlan from Collier was above and beyond helpful for our stay. He let us in early which was wonderful. The pool water was quite warm so he came out and added a good amount of cold water by hose. I'm sure the rain later that day helped but much appreciated. The kitchen has so many cups, plates and silverware. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. 2 laundry rooms if needed was nice. POOL size is amazing! Back of house views are amazing. We were fortunate enough to see two dolphins swim by. Easy 2-3 minute walk to Doc's and the beach. There are a few areas in the house that could use some updating/work but not enough to not want to stay again. We loved our stay at Waterfall Way!

Great property for a large family get away. Great pool and hot tub. Everything you need for the beach. Intercoastal boat access, boat ramp and dock allowed exploring from Naples to Fort Meyers on the water. Property manager is very responsive and quickly filled every request.

Bonita Beach Bay Stay

Property and location the best. Close to Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. Rented a pontoon boat and fished. Kayak and canoe, fishing gear and towels all plentiful. Even left extra propane tank for the grill.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Wonderful place for our fanily and pets to stay! We were fortunate to see a dolphin and an alligator swim by. Fishing off the dock my son caught a Sheephead. Great pool and jacuzzi! Perfect temp the whole time! Owner was very helpful and available if needed. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 8 adults and 2 kids under 10 stayed at this beautiful home. Upon arrival we found a spotless property loaded with everything you’ll need for a great vacation. We had two small issues that the owner took care of right away. The home is large with plenty of space. Pool is great. Fishing off the dock was decent. Quiet neighborhood.we will be back.

Celebration of Family

After the passing of my Mother we planned a family trip to celebrate her life and to enable us to move forward and find our new normal. This vacation home allowed private space for each family as well as community space for meals and fellowship. The home is in walking distance to local restaurants and a beach. We had 3 boats and enjoyed fishing and boating to the beach. The best family vacation we have ever shared together.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Very nice property.

The house is located in an ultra-convenient location. Easy access by car or boat. The house is well appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was great. We parked our 24 foot boat at the dock out back.

Place was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and wagons/chair/umbrella were awesome. Pool wasn’t that hot and hot tub was pretty cold. Disappointed we couldn’t make it hotter as owner controls it remotely. Neighbor was terrible. Yelled at us at 9pm while kids were in the pool. We didn’t even have music playing and it was early. Having two laundary machines was great. Water pressure was a bit lacking (as was hot water). But it was “ok” Would definitely book again

Inviting - Indoors and Out

The property was as described and the photos are accurate. We had a group of nine stay to attend a nearby wedding. All guests enjoyed the property, the amenities, and the location! A few small items to note: hair dryers for each bathroom would be a nice addition; an ironing board would be convenient; and, it is peculiar not to have at least a small, functional closet or wardrobe for 3 of the bedrooms. None of these items detracted from enjoying our stay.

Perfect location and layout!

We had two families stay here and it was perfect! The downstairs area with ping pong, huge lanai and pickleball in the driveway with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants made this the perfect stay! the upstairs floor plan is open making it easy for everyone to be together!

Perfect beach vacation

We loved this house. Beautiful views out the back of dolphins swimming by in the morning. Walk out the back door and either jump in the pool or fish on the dock. There was a kayak and a canoe to jump in and paddle around which was a huge bonus because that was not listed as an amenity when we booked. The beach was actually a 5 minute walk as listed and maybe even less than that. Lots of good restaurants nearby. You have everything you need without having to drive very far. We would book this again!

Relaxing space
