Liked: Cleanliness
Entrance and exterior I inviting. Cleanliness is good. Interior cosmetics makeover lacking as well as towels. Area is very good for finding restaurants and music. Considering the property w/ river frontage and the other living space is priced at well over $1million, the rented studio area could be an easy 5 star if improvements with better cosmetic makeovers and exterior updates are made.
