The Accommodation
The 52-square-meter, open-concept, state-of-the-art one-bedroom apartment is located in the basement of a newly built single-family home on a quiet highway loop on the outskirts of Bondorf, in a residential area. With over 6,000 residents, the town offers a vibrant community and everything your heart desires.

The elegant living/kitchen/bedroom and dining area, decorated in natural tones, offers a high level of comfort thanks to its clay walls and castle-style floorboards. A cozy outdoor area rounds out the experience.

This apartment is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, etc.), electric roller shutters, internet and TV connections, and wall-mounted heating with individual temperature control. The decor combines modern style with country-style furniture and natural elements. Thanks to the outdoor staircase, this unit has a separate entrance.

The spacious, inviting bathroom also features many natural materials. It is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a natural stone sink.

The sleeping area features a box-spring bed and is separated from the living area by a birch log wall. Upon request, a family bed can be set up here or a travel crib provided.

Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. The train station, as well as a bakery and the nearest shopping options, are just a 7-minute walk away.
The Hiller farm store is easily accessible across the fields and offers many delicacies, from asparagus to farm-fresh ice cream.

Golf enthusiasts will also be in for a treat, as Bondorf boasts an excellent course less than 5 minutes away by car.

Bondorf is two towns away from the Black Forest, and Tübingen is exactly the same distance away. There are plenty of day trip destinations to choose from, and a selection of options is available right in the apartment.

Guest Access
Access to the apartment is via a separate outdoor staircase. The entrance area features a cozy seating area where you can spend time outdoors. You're also welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on the bench in front of the house.

The apartment is equipped with a key box to ensure the most flexible check-in possible.
