Charming house comprising two gîtes, located in a small village in the Pays de Montbéliard region and surrounded by 10 ares of wooded land. 15 minutes from Switzerland. Large, private, sheltered terrace of 36m² at the rear of the house with a summer kitchen. Quiet location for relaxation, hiking opportunities nearby, and close to museums and a castle. Entrance via an external staircase. Raised first floor: entrance hall. First floor (63m² floor area): fitted kitchen/living room, one bedroom (one double bed 1.40m), one bedroom (two single beds 0.90m, one of which is a bunk bed), shower room and WC. Baby equipment available on request as it is shared between the two gîtes. Private parking for one car.
