The property features 1 bedroom with split-system air conditioning—including 1 suite—as well as 1 single mattress and 1 sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children; 4 adults would not be feasible. It also has 1 half-bath, an air-conditioned living and dining room, a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a barbecue grill with skewers, one covered parking space, and a shared pool for guests in the building.

We would like to inform you that, to ensure your comfort during your stay in our apartment, we initially provide a basic set of bedding and pillows; these items are included as part of the services covered by your reservation.

However, blankets, bath towels, face towels, and personal hygiene products must be brought from home.

If you need additional bedding during your stay, an extra fee will be charged to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure is intended to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided.

Check-in: I will be at the property in person to welcome you and hand over the keys. The address and my contact information will be sent after you complete the reservation.

Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed-upon time to collect the keys.

The garage fits one standard-sized vehicle; if your car is too large, please park it in front of the property, as the neighborhood is quiet.

Parties are not allowed; the property is for short-term rental use only.

Visitors are allowed, but overnight guests are prohibited without prior authorization; failure to comply may result in breach of contract and a fine.
