The price on the internet doesn't match the price they ask you for. We booked the first night on the internet, than asked for 3 more nights. But they didn't tell us the the price is about 400 liras higher, per night. But you get an amazing girl that takes care of the breakfast. Really lovely girl.

Happy with our stay

We booked a standard room. We requested for a quiet room and were granted one. All the basic facilities are there such as kettle, minibar, air-conditioning, hairdryer, towels and toiletry. Curtains is black-out curtain. There is also a balcony enclosed by tinted glass. People can't see us from outside. There are a table and two good chairs. It's a nice surprise. Bed is comfortable. The colour of the ceiling light is adjustable from white to warm white, and to yellow. Water is provided in the room but no tea bag or coffee. However, you can help yourself with tea and coffee in the restaurant anytime. Breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast which won't make you excited but I make myself happy by creating new dishes with the ingredients provided. The coffee is good. I wish they can provide full cream milk. The staff are diligent in serving and refilling the food. They will make scrambled eggs for you if you ask. There are many eateries nearby and Sok just next door. The area is much quieter than the city center, but only takes 20 minutes walk to the city center. This was exactly what we liked. The hotel is very close to Bolu otogar. In summary, we are happy with everything given the price we paid.

Bu suite yaklaşık 8-10 kez konakladık ve bugüne kadar memnuniyetle tercih ettik. Ancak son ziyaretimizde hem temizlik hem de fiyatlandırma konusunda ciddi hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Jakuzi oda için önce 1.000 TL ek ücret istendi, rezervasyonu iptal etmeyi düşündüğümüzü belirtince ücret 500 TL’ye düştü. Ayrıca ilk verilen odada önceki misafirlere ait havlular vardı, değiştirilen odanın banyosu da yeterince temiz değildi. Sürekli tercih ettiğimiz bir işletmede bu durumlarla karşılaşmak üzücü oldu. Maalesef artık tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Oda temiz görünüyordu jakuzi çalıştırınca içinde yüzen bir kaç şey (ufak 2 sakal parçası, garip şeffaf görünümlü bir küme) biraz içimi kötü yaptı ama genel temizliği iyi gibiydi. Kıyafet dolabı gevşemiş sıkıştırılabilir, camlar tam kapanmadığından ses geçiriyor. Konumu güzel, dışarıdan gürültü vs problem yaşamadık, çalışanlar saygılı, oda ısınıyor. Genel hatları ile memnun kaldık diyebiliriz, zaten jakuzi kızımız içindi, üşümekten korkmuştuk ama onda da sorun yaşamadık, gürültü vs de olmadı çocuğu uyutmak konusunda problem yaşayan anne babalar beni anlamıştır. Bu anlamda tavsiye ederim 👍

Açıkçası odadan pek memnun kalmadım. İçimi sinerek temiz olduğunu hisseterek kaldığım o da olmadı. Kahvaltı hizmeti vardı ancak ben denemedim yorum yapamayacağım. Jakuzi iyi ısıtıyordu onda bir sorun yok yatak çok rahatsız edici değildi ancak tekrar gitsem kalır mıyım orası soru işareti.
