Acceptable

The hotel generally is good. Yet their room has central temperature control that I cannot set the room temperature. They made the room extremely hot that we couldn’t even sleep and needed to open windows to cool down the room. Very eco-unfriendly.

Very comfy and new hotel located close to Lake Abant. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. Try their specialities for dinner. During winter season view should be amazing.

Dear All, First once we arrived to hotel, hotel gave information that all deluxe rooms don’t have nice views. But Our deluxe room window just all closed like prison. It is very bad for long stays. Second: Live music didn’t happen on Saturday (Feb-15th), because singer got cold. They don’t have any alternative solution. That is bad Third: If you want to stay this hotel you can not get any invoice or receipt from Abant Lotus hotel. That means you can not charge to your company and hotel does not provide any helps

Romantic Retreat

A true romantic retreat, the location and view all around the place is a fantastic, the quietness with the green areas all around you and the small river in the hotel itself and the mountain behind it, makes you feel that you are outside the real world, the design and Hotel decoration helps in that too, the room is small but fine for couples, the Resturant is great, the lobby also, the service is fabulous and workers harmony goes far more than coworkers they make you feel that they’re a family.

Odalar temizdi sadece merkezi ısıtma sistemi olduğu için odanın içi haddinden fazla sıcaktı. Rahatsızlık yarattı. Kahvaltı ve yemek hizmeti gayet memnun ediciydi. Resepsiyon ve servis yapan çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok hızlılardı. Tek olumsuz yorumum, sabah kahvaltısı hariç suyun parayla verilmesi. En azından odaya girişte su ikramı yapılabilir o bile yoktu.
